Support
Tell us what went wrong.
If something does not work, that is useful to know, and saying so properly is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Before you write in
Two problems account for most reports. If your app will not build, open Terminal and run
xcode-select --install — Form uses Apple's command line tools to compile, and
that installs them. If Form stops writing, check whether your credits have run out;
your account shows what is left.
The documentation covers setup, building, and asking for changes.
Reporting a problem
Include these, and we can usually work out what happened without a conversation:
- What you were trying to make, in your own words.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your macOS version and which version of Form you are running.
- If a build failed, the message Form showed you in the app's details panel.
Nobody from Form will ask for either. Payment is handled by our billing provider, and support never needs it.
Getting in touch
An address will appear here shortly. In the meantime, the documentation covers setup, building and asking for changes.
What to expect
Form is a small operation, so replies come from the person who builds it. Expect an answer within a couple of working days. If something is broken for everyone rather than just you, it gets fixed first and answered second.
